  1. Neat Environment & safe technology adaptation.
  2. Use of CFC and HCFC containing materials are not allowed inside plant.
  3. Segregation of waste produced during execution of work into “Biodegradable” and “non-biodegradable” waste and storage in the earmarked locations.
  4. Final disposal of waste after naturalization and clearance by Environment Department.
  5. Non used glass wool, FRP, paints, solvent and oil grease to be taken from plant & stored in designated place.
  6. Used unusable oil & grease to be stored safely in earmarked place and to be disposed of as per rules.
  7. No waste water discharge in the plant and or outside plant waste water to be discharged in treatment plant.
  8. Ear muff/plugs to be used by personnel working in noisy area.
  9. To ensure “no contamination” of soil by discharge of oil, paint waste water, and glass wool.
  10. All action to be taken to ensure that there is no harm to natural habitats.
  11. MSDS to be maintained for all chemicals in use water sprinkling for dust suppression.
  12. All vehicles / Earth Moving  Machineries to have a valid Pollution undercheck certification.
  13. No burning of wood by domestic cooking.
  14. Regular checking of exhaust of engine, control of emission by optimizing airfuel ratio through preventive maintenance, tuning of engine etc.
  15. Hazard operability (HAZOP) Analysis- predication of Hazards and proactive action.
  16. Handling & disposal of Hazardous waste & management strictly as per provision of ACT.
  17. Use of suitable dust mask/gas mask/ aprons / handgloves etc for working in dusty/ gaseous/ acidic/alkaline atmosphere.
  18. Health check-up & monitoring for working in dusty/gaseous/acidic/alkaline atmosphere.
  19. Colour coding for cylinders/containers for gas/ chemicals/ pipelines/ dusts.
  20. Life style change of employees.
  21. No Smoking.
  22. No misuse of water.
  23. Switching off electric light & appliances
  24. Less use of Air conditioners.
  25. To get out the best from wastes: Wastes not to be burnt, burning in incineration to produce gas/energy for industrial/domestic use.
  26. Forestation: Growing grass, plantation for shrubs, flowers, trees.
  27. Monitoring consumption of fuel for vehicle & Machineries compared to operating hrs/distance travelled to ensure that vehicles/machineries are not idling as idle operation of engine contributes to pollution load.
