SS and Comp Private Limited (Formerly known as S S & Company)’s strategic thrust is founded on its ability to continuously invest in existing and new capabilities. As a result, the most important asset of S.S. & Company is its pool of diverse core competencies which reside in the various operations, it comes out in the field of its experience of last 14 (Fourteen) years.

Accordingly, the governance structure of SS and Comp Private Limited (Formerly known as S S & Company) has been designed to manage diversity, enabling it to pursue new avenues of growth without diluting focus on its existing lines of business activity.

The decentralized structure, with distributed leadership, enables the executive management of each of its operational unit as individual profit centre, to relentlessly pursue the task of attaining competitiveness by focusing on its unique skill, unencumbered by the other priorities of the “Group”. Executive Management ensures the implementation and running of the project is as per the objectives and within the frame work of the agreement, though at times have gone beyond the scope incase found necessary for the work. The costs and budgets are monitored continuously so as to ensure the project stays on course and does not become NPA.

The senior team on the other hand at the apex is engaged in the strategic planning and management of SS and Comp Private Limited (Formerly known as S S & Company), free from involvement in the day-day functioning of the various operating units.

This structure enables the top management to assume the character of holding company with the mindset of a Venture capitalist monitoring existing businesses and creating new avenues for growth by blending skill and capabilities drawn from different parts of the Group.
