  1. Appointment of qualified, trained & experienced manpower having knowledge, skill and expertise in the field.
  2. Continuous development of manpower for knowledge, skills & expertise.
  3. On the job training before giving charge.
  4. Equipment Operators having valid Driving License, well trained & experienced in operation of the machinery.
  5. Technician having knowledge & skill for maintenance of machineries having adequate experience on the job.
  6. Dedicated Supervisors well trained & experience in controlling the job.
  7. Payment of wages- Wages above minimum wages payment as per Statutory Sheets, Payment through Bank.
  8. Payment of other statutory payments such as statutory Bonus, Leave wages, Provident Fund, ESI contributions as per rules in vogue.
  9. 2 sets of duty dress per annum.
  10. Medical checkup of the employee.
  11. Canteen facilities.
  12. Generally 12 hours working for skilled personnel including garage personnel with extended facilities of free housing, free food besides  normal wages.
  13. Enforcement of discipline.
  14. Following the standing orders framed by the Central Govt.
  15. Motivational Incentive Scheme.
  16. Performance Score rating of employees.
  17. Participation of workers in Safety Committee, House Keeping Committee, Job improvement committee.
  18. Application of management Techniques such as 5S, Six Sigma, Quality Circle, Kaizen etc.
